On the contrary, Sphynxes are super adorable and adoptable, loving, and their odd-looking appearance will get into your heart right away. The uniqueness of the Sphynx has its story. In the mid-1960s, a cat in Ontario gave birth to a hairless kitten, as the result of a natural genetic mutation. Through careful breeding, Sphynx cats have evolved into the lovely animals you can see today. Sphinxes come in a variety of colors and patterns and, as they look technically, are not “naked” or “bald” or “hairless”. If you look closely, you can see that it is covered with a thin coat.
