The strong little one named Mo. When Mo was found by Mission Paws’ible, a Bali-based dog rescue charity, she was in such a terrible state that it broke the rescuers’ hearts. She was lying in a gutter, being nothing but skin and bones. Her back legs were tied with shoelaces, and her mouth was taped up so tightly. She must have been hiding and starving for almost 2 weeks. Taking from the situation she was in, the rescuers believed that she fell off the bike of the dog thieves, fortunately escaped the unfortunate fate that many other dogs unluckily faced. It was lucky indeed, but her resilience and willingness to live definitely played a very important part in her survival.

The rescuers’ heats dropped when they saw the heartbreaking state Mo was in
She was nothing but skin and bones. Her back legs were tied up, and her mouth was taped shut, which lead to serious medical problems
The tape around her snout had cut off the blood circulation, causing the wound to necrotize. She was rushed into the operation room. Suture and skin grafts were carried out to save Mo’s snout. The whole team was on pins and needles, waiting for her surgery to be successful.

With all the care and love from the shelter, Mo started to heal, physically and mentally
Mo is such a sweetheart that loves to cuddle. It is amazing how strong her trust for humans remains after all the hardship she had been through
