Adventures are always exciting, but it can be better with some surprises along the way! Michael and his son were on a camping day when they came across a little surprise – a female feline with a hungry belly. Unfortunately, the pair wasn’t prepared with any food, so they improved by going fishing, which ended successfully with a bluegill fish for the cat to feast on. But after that, she just vanished and the father and son thought that was the end of this random encounter. But after a few hours later, she came back with some extra fellas.
“A couple of hours later I wake up to some noise and go outside to check. Now instead of two eyes staring at me, I see eight glowing eyes reflecting the light from my phone,” Michael said on Imgur. Turns out the feline was a stray mama cat and she brought the cutest trio of kittens when she felt comfortable introducing them to the guys.

“The next morning we caught over 13 bluegills and a couple of catfish. Let’s just say by the end of the day the momma cat was stuffed. The cat and the kittens felt right at home with their new human friends: “There is no way this cat was not domesticated the way she craves human attention.”
Michael and his son knew they couldn’t just leave mama cat and her kitties there, so they brought all four cats home: “It’s been a week now and they love it here. My family has decided we are keeping all of them,” Michael said.
Now, mama cat and her babies are safe and sound and are actually going to visit the vet this week to get spayed and neutered. The life of four felines takes an unexpectedly brighter turn when mama cat met the nicest humans that she felt reliable enough to bring her kitties to meet them and later be a part of their life. May we wish the best of luck to Michael and his family for taking the feline family in and give them a better life they had before!
