This could be the most memorable Christmas for both Alexa and Glenn the kitty. Alexa, a speech therapist and a digital artist in the US, tried her best to prove that cats do have emotions. But the more she convinces by listing a bunch of theses, the more people ignore it. And nothing can be wrong with footage that can show everything she says is real. Alexa set up a catcam in her house and she checked the cat’s reaction while she was not home. One night, Alexa went to a Christmas party at her parents’ house, it was also the moment of the truth for Glenn.
But none of these things was Alexa’s intention. She just wanted to make sure that the cat was safe and sound. Turned out it was heartbreaking!
“We’re looking to get another cat soon so he’ll have company in the future.” – Alexa said.
In the video that she posted on TikTok with a jokingly capitalized ‘EVIDENCE’, as Glenn heard the roaming engine of the car outside, he immediately rushed to the door and kept meowing mournfully. By the time Alexa opened the door, Glenn the cat climbed up to her lap like he wanted to say he missed his mom. Alexa always knows that her kitty loves her and she just wants other people to see it. Sadly, with the pride of the cats, most of them would probably act like a jerk, leave us thinking if they are really affectionate. But I am telling you, cats are more loving than you can imagine and they will never turn their backs on you.
Glenn’s origin was a stray cat, when Alexa first met him, she took him home and showered him with love. No wonders why when she was away, Glenn sang a song about how he was missing his mom!
She set up a surveillance camera to check up on her cat Glenn while she was away
The owner jokingly captioned it as “evidence” that cats miss their owners
As he was scratching the door, his meows sounded like a cry for mom
Alexa came, and the day was saved
And here’s the notorious video itself
