There are a lot of annoying stories happened in this world. Today, we want to share with you one of them that has a happy ending.
Reddit user nexerxe was unable to take their pet cat, Spotty, with them when they left home to begin their first year of college. As a result, nexerxe abandoned the critter to their parents. At least, such was the student’s impression. Nexerxe eventually discovered that their parents had actually given the cat away. Without informing them.
So, saddened but not beaten, nexerxe set off on a journey to find and reclaim their pet. They were able to do so thanks to the Internet. Nexerxe started a GoFundMe campaign to raise the money needed to re-adopt the kitten, and ten people donated $240, allowing the broke college student to reconcile with their four-legged companion.

Spotty isn’t simply a cat, either. The kitty is a friend of Nexerxe’s. Their mother refused to let them get help when their father was emotionally abusive. “My cat was the only thing I had,” nexerxe explained. “When I was 18, I moved out to get away from the violence, and I understood that I would have to fend for myself in a town where I knew no one and had no job.”

Nexerxe now works two jobs and is preparing to begin one of them full-time, but he still can’t image life without Spotty. “I’ll go to any length for my cat.”
It is such a great story how a person fought for their car and he said that Spotty wasn’t just a cat. This feline is extremely important to him and we believe that Spotty is a key for his mental health somehow and makes him get through this difficult time.
