What are cats seeing when they are obsessed with laser pointers, sparkling items, and people’s ankles? Cats’ propensity for pouncing on feet and fluffy toys is partly due to their natural hunting instinct, but it’s also due to their unusual vision. Scientists, it turns out, know a lot about what cats see. Besides, there are a difference about the vision between cats and humans. During the day, humans can see more bright colors, but their feline colleagues have the advantage when it comes to peripheral vision and night vision.
However, the eyes of these cats are so special because even they can’t actually see color as human, but their eyes speak up everything. These cats will undoubtedly cast a spell on you. These kitties’ multicolored eyes appear to be hiding a universe (which isn’t surprising given how much these days focuses around cats).
On a more scientific level, sectoral heterochromia is to blame for the enchantment. It is a condition in which the iris has two distinct hues in the same place.
There’s no need to be concerned if your cat was born with such captivating eyes; they have no effect on your pet’s vision. However, if your cat had normal eyes before developing heterochromia, it could indicate an illness.
