Although knowing that cats are the wild creatures that still have hunting and climbing instincts like their ancestors, people on the Internet have their eyes filled with hilarious moments of cats nodding off high up on the tree. We all obviously know that cat’s sleeping hours will be around 16-20 hours depending on where they live. Because of catching preys averagely 10 times in a day, wild cats, stray ones, or feral ones need more time to recuperate. Thus, another reasonable and smart point why they like to climb up the tree and take a nap: the temperature is getting warmer and that’s definitely their favorite spot to sleep after soaking under the sun since they are the sun worshippers.
Cats are the flexible and intelligent critters so they do know where is beneficial for them to take a rest and get some weird sleeping positions due to their God-gifted bodies which can bend in any poses that you have never thought about. It’s just us who think that they are unintentionally bizarre, foolish mates!
