Just passing by the shelter for a moment on the way home from work and having a gut that a fun-loving kitten would be the third cat in the gang, Jenni Colborn and her husband Aaron Colborn were immediately fell in love with grinning kitty. They named her Rey which was inspired by the a leading lady in Star Wars. Indeed, that shiny smile makes herself a leader!
“I wasn’t looking for a kitten by any means (we already have two!) but just had a hunch to stop by the shelter on my way home from work and found this little lady and was immediately smitten with her!”- said Rey’s human mom.
A squeaky little body of Rey the kitten just came up to Jenni with a smile of sunshine, a confident cattitude which made her owner-to-be smitten.
Five-month Rey kitty is now a bright and cheerful “paw-trait” Instagram sensation after Jenni brought her home in Salt Lake City, Utah. She is a cuddly and affectionate fluffball who loves to get along with her siblings and purrfectly acclimated with the loving family.
“So I brought her home and it’s been perfect ever since. She’s so so cuddly and playful and her big brother and sister just dote on her and are constantly trying to groom her and play with her.”
